You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms.
Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and API Terms. We do not transfer TikTok data to third parties, use it for advertising, or combine it with data from other sources for user profiling. All TikTok data is stored securely in the EU and processed only to provide the analytics features described in Section 2.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (DeepSeek AI) to generate content recommendations and analytics. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated predictions and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered guaranteed results. You are solely responsible for any content you create based on our recommendations.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Intelligence Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Spain.
